Get ready to master the basics! Fresh ricotta, cream cheese and delicious cottage cheese will be demonstrated. We will cover different acidifiers, techniques, storage tips, optional flavorings and additives as well as basic equipment requirements.

Lots of samples and practical tips.

THEN you will make your own fresh chevre (goat milk cheese). You will leave with instructions to make each cheese, recipe suggestions, and the confidence to dive into the delicious world of fresh cheeses!
