Feta Cheese


Time to start getting a little adventurous with your cheese making. Step into an intermediate class and learn the art of delicious feta cheese. We will be using molds to drain the curds, rennet and cultures to create this fantastic cheese, learning to weigh down our curds as we press the cheese, and brining the finished cheese.

You will be taking your cheese home with you to finish draining and drying.
